The KIDS-ROX program is designed to keep kids active, healthy, and engaged through fun, structured classes. Each session incorporates HYROX-specific movements while also incorporating supportive exercises that help build strength, coordination, endurance, and confidence.Workouts are adapted to fit each child’s age and stage of development, creating a safe and encouraging environment for every athlete. Our coaches guide kids every step of the way, helping them learn proper movement, become comfortable with the equipment, and discover what they’re capable of. We are building the next generation of HYROX athletes.


We’re offering flexible ways to join the KIDS-ROX program, making it easy for families to choose the option that works best for their schedule this summer.Family discounts are available. Please inquire with gym staff for details.

Full Program includes unlimited access to the full KIDS-ROX program experience all 10 weeks of training sessions and free registration to the OTH Youngstars Simulation scheduled for August 16th!

Includes access to all three sessions for the week. This option offers flexibility for families planning around summer vacations, camps, and busy schedules.

What is HYROX Youngstars?
HYROX is a fitness competition that combines functional exercises and running. Youngstars follows an age-specific format with tailored workouts for each stage. The sequence of the exercises is predetermined and always remains the same. Youngstars replicates the adult HYROX race, but with adaptations based on age.

What ages is this for?
It is designed for a wide range of youth athletes. OTH is traing kids ages 7 - 15. Specific age groups may be organized together depending on participation to ensure everyone gets the right level of coaching and attention.
Does my child need prior experience?
No experience needed. This is an entry point, perfect for beginners and equally valuable for kids who have some exposure and want to build confidence and skill.
What will they actually do during an OTH session?
Kids will move through short structured workouts where coaches demonstrate, teach, and guide each station. They’ll practice movements, learn proper form, and interact with equipment in a hands-on way.
What is the goal?
The goal is to learn, move, and have a great experience while building confidence. If you young athlete wants to move on to do a HYROX Youngstars race, they will be ready! But competing in a future race is not necessary.
