in the OTH KIDS-ROX Youngstars Training!
OMODE Training House (OTH) is more than just a gym; it’s a community dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals while fostering an environment of support and growth.
This event is designed as an interactive training experience, not a race. The session will focus on teaching the kids the foundational movements and building confidence with the equipment they’ll encounter. Coaches will guide every step, ensuring each athlete feels supported while learning, moving, and exploring what they’re capable of. It’s all about exposure, education, and creating excitement for the next generation of HYROX athletes.
